Item is of good quality & looks genuine. Comes with cable & handle grip. Be sure to order the correct model. Check model number (mine is SL-RS35). I ordered for Right Side but have seen for Left side & I also ordered the 6 gear model but have seen a 7 gear model. Does not include fitting Instructions but I can find it on YouTube video
