Cut my shih tzu perfect, fast and batteries last ages, about 30 mins it took to shave him and the battery still had lots of charge, the 4 guides just slide on and make cutting various lengths so easy, light and powerful but very quiet, my shih was no bother at all trimming with these and seemed like he enjoyed the experience, very impressed considering the price and being cordless A******
