Have installed many of these items with usually good results. I drill the correct pilot holes for the screws but some of the screws have broken when being wound in (by hand) . On the last order (3) 3 screws broke and on 2 others the metal heads deformed even using the correct Phillips screwdriver. The metal used in the screws seems too soft and the product would be improved by providing proper robust wood screws (rather than these rather flimsy machine screws) that are up to the job.
