Arrived late, but no fault of seller. The seller was great with communication when I got in touch. Product is excellent value for money, and superb quality, lovely and green. My guinea pigs are loving it!

Hay quality became worse&worse & mostly went in bin. Despite worsening quality, seller increased price twice in few months. Last hay was awful & seller accepts this but made it impossible to return, telling me to pay for collection or carry a big 15kg bag to drop off, which is physically impossible. Seller claims to only use Fedex due to contract so cannot arrange collection but they do use Evri so this is very dishonest. This is how they treat loyalty. Got refund via eBay in the end.Never again

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately price increases are based on delivery fee and product cost increases. As you made us aware of the difficulties with returning the item, we did offer you a partial refund of £10.00. In regards to the courier that we use, we were not being dishonest; Evri collect from us because they collect multiple parcels on a single collection. However, for sending a single parcel as a drop off which weighs 15kg we use FedEX. I hope this explanation helps.
