They still class it as luxury as it’s a form of velvet & the dimensions are approximations so they don’t believe it’s miss-selling. I was told the misaligned holes in the arm could be drilled by myself to fix & they refunded me £45. I got rid of my old sofa before unboxing this one due to lack of space or I’d have returned it.
