The pictures aren’t accurate, the velvet used is polyester so doesn’t have the long pile or glossy finish that real velvet has & the height of arm rest is 82cm not 87cm.
They still class it as luxury as it’s a form of velvet & the dimensions are approximations so they don’t believe it’s miss-selling.
I was told the misaligned holes in the arm could be drilled by myself to fix & they refunded me £45. I got rid of my old sofa before unboxing this one due to lack of space or I’d have returned it.

Love this bed settee , it looks far more expensive than it was, no issues putting it together, and sofa quite comfy for bed settee. Bed size a little on the snug side, so won’t fit two larger adults but hey ho, good value
