    Thinking about my doorbell

    Needed a chime unit without a transformer to replace a bell which was way too loud and took years off me everytime someone rang it. Some reviews have said it was too quiet, but I was looking for a quieter option so this was perfect. Wouldn't say it's too quiet though, and I'm reasonably deaf from the old doorbell we had.

    Compact and versatile

    Nice compact size. Will work with 9v battery or can be connected to an 8v transformer circuit. Rather strange ding/dong sound with the dong part being a very odd flat note.
