However, lately they have a nasty ground loop hum if their metal case is grounded to the chassis of the preamp. This never used to happen. As long as I completely isolate the shaft assembly from the preamp chassis, it goes away. Perhaps something has changed in production?

I was told there were no additional charges due. I had to pay the Duty to get the Power Supplies Delivered. THE GOOD PART WAS I SHOWED THE COMPANY THE EMAIL I SENT TO THEM PRIOR TO ORDERING SHOWING THEM TELLING ME THERE WOULD BE NO OTHER CHARGES. ( IN THE END - THEY PAID THE DUTY THEMSELVES) THAT WAS VERY GOOD CUSTOM SERVICE
