    Seller marked the item as despatched (I guess to satisfy eBay despatch times) but didn't actually send the item until over a week later. Item arrived late as a result. I tried to cancel the order when it became apparent that the item was not going to arrive on time but the seller does not accept any form of contact so this was impossible. eBay couldn't step in either because they make you wait until after the expected delivery time. Item arrived in the end but long after I no longer needed it.
