Contacted the seller after my items were damaged in transit and was told they would be replaced. Waited a week and contacted them again to be told they'd issued a refund but the message in my inbox said "I had cancelled the order"?? I certainly did not!
I'm quite annoyed by this because I only waited so long because I needed the replacement (to match up with what I'd already started. Had I known, I'd have just asked for a refund and used a different product and colour entirely.

Absolute nightmare to deal with, part missing, which we didn’t find until we’d unwrapped it, for them to decide they wanted the bag number the part should have been in. STILL wrong part sent, limited communication. Now have a shed with a three inch gap in the door. Really unimpressed!

Absolutely appalling company. I waited over a month for the shed to be despatched then before it even got to me i got told it was to damaged to be delivered so i contacted the seller and sent them the photos i had been given by the delivery company. After two weeks waiting for them to tell me what was going on which i never got i asked for a refund. Horrible service from start to finish.
