- b***7 (80)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseIt is a solid unit, wood is good, easy to put together, the unit quality is 5 star, but the size isn't, if you have small feet then it will hold 12 pairs but anything over size 6/7 would be a struggle, I am size 9 and it is a tight fit, I can just fit 8 pairs of trainers/shoes in it, but that is a squeeze.

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
