    AVOID! Item came with a part missing so was unusable. Contacted seller who said they would send replacement part. The next day seller said it wasn’t possible a part was missing & to return. I replied stating I just wanted the part that was missing & no need to refund. No response from seller since. Poor service! Poor communication! Would NOT recommend this seller!

    First of all, what is claimed here is not true. We have replied as soon as the customer notified us that the acoustic tube was missing in both earpieces, which is not possible, as the acoustic tube is always attached to the earpiece. We have checked every item before packaging. So, it sounded suspicious to us; instead of sending a replacement, we requested to return the item for a full refund, but they never return it. So now it turn out we were right.
