I asked the seller for options to rectify this and he was completely dismissive. After paying $125 for a defective product, it would be nice to at least get an apology, a partial refund, or a replacement. Instead he said I can return it, but I’d have to pay return shipping. Awful experience, I would not order from Henry again.
