Ive had Samsung Galaxy phones for years and apart from the battery not lasting as long as I'd like the galaxy is perfect. It is very easy to use, lots of great apps and features and the camera/video quality is second to none! My only other complaint is I wish I could uninstall some apps that aren't required but that could be the service provider. If you want a great phone that can do anything in this high tech world we live in then the Samsung Galaxy is the one for you. Improvements? Longer battery life. The option to remove unwanted apps. Built in protective bevel ( I'm on my 3rd phone due to smashed screens after dropping them). I honestly can't think of anymore improvements. Not a very high tech review, just a member of the general public. Phone/text/internet/some apps/sound and video ... First Smartphone - very hard to get it to work how I want
This is my first smartphone and I bought it to get some internet access on the move on something smaller than a tablet. As it came out of the box I have found it very hard to customise to get it to work as I would like. I don't regard myself as a technological dinosaur head. Any keypress I make I have to repeat several times to get it to register. Very hard to key in the wi-fi password as a first example. It keeps on speaking to me when I can read perfectly well - I haven't yet found out how to turn it off despite printing out and reading instructions. Altogether a very frustrating business trying to get this to work as I want. Probably a waste of money as I think I shall stick to using a Nokia dumb-phone which at least I can work out how to use without spending ages reading instuctions ... Overall a very good phone
Not the best battery life but it's not that bad. Still 5 stars as the camera more than makes up for it. Not to mention the shape and weight and display. I could go on but, to cut a long story short... a very good phone.

Amazing Smartphone..
I have had several S5's by choice as they are a fantastic phone, easy to navigate and customise, good quality pictures from the camera too.. They are water resistant which makes them great for walking or working outside. Battery life very good with a new genuine Samsung battery, buy cheap buy twice! I always use Otterbox Defender covers on my phones and they protect phones very well. The screens are very clear to view on the S5's. Sound is good too when on a call. I just love these phones.. I Love any Samsung Android product to be perfectly honest. So so easy...
