This in no way reflects the seller. This is only about the book. Purchased this but thought I'd add my warning about this pamphlet. This is like an add-on booklet. It seems like it is summarizing the "Table of Contents" to a much larger book as this only has basic highlights. It has 11 chapters, but each chapter has no pictures, covers a lot of topics, and is contained in only a few pages. For example, Site Selection suggests that you select a good site. That's it. Book also has 3 blank pages at the end.
