Do not waste your time and money.
This in no way reflects the seller. This is only about the book. Purchased this but thought I'd add my warning about this pamphlet. This is like an add-on booklet. It seems like it is summarizing the "Table of Contents" to a much larger book as this only has basic highlights. It has 11 chapters, but each chapter has no pictures, covers a lot of topics, and is contained in only a few pages. For example, Site Selection suggests that you select a good site. That's it. Book also has 3 blank pages at the end.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
