    Magnificent filter.

    Really good filter. Ran some cleaning agent in my system prior to purchasing this filter. After an hour of fitting and bleeding, I checked the filter and found it covered in a black sludge just proof of how good this is. I could put this close to the boiler on the return so I had to connect it in the airing cupboard. Still preforms well.

    I bought this as my old one (4.5yrs old) is the same model and I didn't want any more delay to my plumber fitting my new bathroom. So it was a straightforward swap. My old one was leaking from the rear screw on section. The "Spring Clip" had corroded and appears to have been leaking for some time as my worktops are now warped due to water ingress. I have placed tissue under the new one to help indicate and further leaks.

    Mag filter

    Opened package . Very impressed. Looks very well made . Read booklet . Switched off boiler . Opened drain on loo radiator to loose system pressure. Used marking strip cut 22mm pipe . Fitted 1/4turn valves . Fitted mag filter. Repressurised system . Fired up boiler . Checked for leaks . None . All done in less than 1/2hour ... time will tell at next boiler service . But at this time very impressed "........

    Does what it says on the box

    Good product, easy to fit and works remarkably well. Care needed with filter bowl collar to avoid overnight (when cold) slight weeping.
