Item not arrived, I really needed the item to be delivered by the date that Ebay stated . Seller did not contact me to even say that the delivery will be delayed . When I asked, seller replied that already sent it, but as it’s not here yet, I doubt that it was shipped when seller mentioned. Very disappointing, especially that I contacted the seller and mentioned that I need it.

I am sorry you claim it hasn't arrived on time. It has been refunded. The buyer purchased and then contacted to say they needed it dispatching before the time stated. I tried to do them a favour in posting early due to them explaining they needed it. I wasn't able to get to the post office so as explained I used stamps and put it in the postbox. This has obviously backfired on me as I didn't get proof of delivery. It has a return address inside so I hope it will get returned to me.
