Item did not state thermal on packaging as in sellers description. Sellers did not answer query regarding this - only gave generated return instructions on 2 occasions. I did not request to return items. Ebay helped by advising if recipients of present were not happy items could be returned for full refund in new year. Item was well packed and looked new. Only disappointment was lack of sellers communication to confirm if thermal as in their description otherwise would have given 5 star rating.
