Griddle pan
Got this the other week and tried it straight away with steaks. It is solid so won't warp like some other makes. It's not not stick in the normal sense I.e. it does not have a coating but cleans really easily. If you want to build up the natural carbon coating do not use metal scouring pads after each use just gently clean.they get better over time.

Have not found it to be Non-stick.
Very heavy! Not Non-stick from my experience. Too big for a normal kitchen the problem of were to store it comes to mind, to heavy for high shelf and if getting on in years forget trying to lift it from low cupboard space. My experience only obviously.
