      My purchase arrived as promised and New, as advertised. It was in the original bag with all needed pieces. Ritchie's waterers are an important part of caring for the horses at the This Old Horse (refuge and sanctuary for older horses and aftercare for retired race horses) where I volunteer. I would suggest the seller make it clear that the bottom red piece is included as the photo does not show it. I was pleased with the seller, product and price. I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars!

      Plug didn't fit my EZ Fount

      The plug was a great quality but did not fit my EZ Fount. I read while purchasing it that it was supposed to. I had to return it. Only because it didn't fit.
