Although a couple of days later than advertised the seller did contact me and advised me it was on its way, it was well a packaged item all components individually packed to prevent marking, the screws for assembly were clearly identified BUT the instructions were very obscure. However a nice chair, good price, very comfortable.

Great seller service & communication. Chair is made of high quality materials and the foam used is as advertised. It's expected to last significantly longer than most cheap sponge filling chairs. Some minor downsides: 1. The location of the tilt & height levers are hard to reach while seated. 2. The massage function is mediocre at best and requires the cable to be connected to a power source (can't be charged). Generally satisfied with it and am considering getting Elfordoson's gaming model too.
