The nails i ordered didn't have the gas inside the box, they were missing. I was offered a refund but to be honest it was just too much hassle for a mistake that they should have checked. I asked for a partial refund just to cover the cost of buying gas separately but i was refused. So either way i would have ended up out of pocket. I have had good experience with this company in the past but i don't think i will be ordering from these again unfortunately.
