Packed very well - wrapped and taped in multiple layers of bubble wrap - yet the postal service still managed to beat it up - one of the cord holders on the back was broken off, but this didn’t affect function and was NOT the fault of the seller.     Can't say anything about the product, the USPS admits to leaving the item on the sidewalk so I never received it. Seller was very responsive in handling the situation, would be willing to do business with this seller again. My funds were refunded I'm not sure if that was from e-bay, or Paypal I hope it was not the seller. The only thing I could get from the postal service was "We delivered it."

    Disappointing

    I purchased this to replace an older model. However, this newer model is a big disappointment. It gives very inconsistent results and does not make crisp prints. It is often difficult to read the results. I will just baby my older DYMO and hope it stays useable.

    DYMO

    The instructions that came with the product and online are useless. The top dial can be turned different from the bottom part of the dial. If you accidentally turn one and not the other the label maker is useless. It will not make a label. There is no instructions on why the dial is made that way and what to do if they get off. I just happened to see some arrows on both top and bottom and turned the dials till they lined up and it worked. It works fine now but you basically have to figure it out on your on.
