The second being from HMV, and unfortunately there appears to be a fault with disc 1 on both box sets. All the others discs play perfectly, but disc 1 will not play which is a great shame as I cannot watch the others if I cannot watch the start of this iconic series. I would like to return this to try for third time lucky but I'm not too sure how to return it. Not my best experience by any means.
