    Darkness near misses

    Incredible to me that so much great material was recorded and only a fraction made it onto the Darkness on the edge of town album. The original Because the night ?, not good enough for Darkness ? So Bruce gives it to Patti Smith who has her biggest hit with it. A superb demo of Racing in cars. So much great material on this album.
