I was genuinely surprised how good these are, my collie has bum scooting issues which is why I purchased. Have always used this product. I was spending large amounts on vet bills until I started researching probiotics. It solved my old pussycats tummy issues so quickly. She's no longer with us but I purchased these tabs for my brother who lives in South Africa for his old cat. We open the capsules and sprinkle the contents onto the food throughout the day. Well, after about 2 weeks, my order did not arrive so New Pet Nutrition sent me another larger pack free of charge. Shortly after this my original pack arrived! I then tried to pay for the second pack but I couldn't find how to pay and the company said to enjoy the second pack with their compliments! Such a very kind gesture from a probably small independent company! I am using this product in my cats food and he is eating it, so all good! Thank you so much! Will definitely be purchasing again!
