    Great product for a simple repair. Win-win all round.

    A great replacement for the original part. Also, because it is just the insert, it is easy to fit, and no need to strip down the whole shock absorber from the drum, which can be a nasty job to do! It took me an hour in total, including getting the washing machine chassis open. Be warned: the grease supplied is very sticky so I used vinyl gloves for applying it to the friction pads. A great product at a great price, which has transformed the operation of the machine (Bosch Classixx 1400 Express).

    Excellent repair kit

    Purchased for my Bosch Exxcel 1200 washing machine model WF02465GB/01 (I understand than some of these models may have a cylindrical damper, so this kit would not fit). It fitted perfectly and has much improved the drum stability. I read a tip to glue the pads to the plastic struts, that made re-assembly easier. The whole job was quite straightforward.

    A simple fix, now like new

    I read the reviews before buying, I had to use 2 shims about 20mm wide 0.2mm thick to compress the 2 friction pads to aid assembly. Fortunately I had some brass strip to hand. They should be in the kit. Difficult without.

    Cheap repair to annoying fault

    This is an identical replacement for my Bosch WFO2466 machine. Old pads had disintegrated, need to take care inserting the new pads in the existing tube but otherwise a straightforward job
