The actual figures themselves arrived okay. The box was damaged and it was already opened; which was something the seller never communicated.
They assured me everything was brand new and they had to open it to check…
The figures didn’t have any form of plastic wrap inside the hard plastic holders which is rare for a brand new figure.
The seller did send a 20$ refund to compensate for the issues. If you do not plan on displaying the figures then I’d advise to find a different seller.

Highly recommended! This seller is reliable and the shipping from Japan to US was super fast, everything well packed! The only cons is the communication, I tried to ask questions several times and never got answered… other than that I’m happy with my purchase!
