    This is 5 pin (not 11pin) and definitely not 5 pin /11 pin (as advertised) (whatever that means!) which means it is not compatible with at least half of the samsung devices on the list they claim it to be. Took me awhile to realize this. The customer service was very quick to respond and issue a refund once I asked for refund. I normally don't leave negative reviews but the item is still advertised to be compatible with devices it is not, so it might help somebody not to make my mistake.
