Problem is I wanted 1/4" but 1/4" BSP is just under 1/2" & is not 1/4" so they are the wrong size. Not worth sending them back for £2. However both the chair arms had damage to the paintwork consisting of scratches and a dent, although the arms were "bubble wrapped " so this must have occurred prior to packaging and before they were dispatched from the manufacturer to MegaStore . MegaStore have responded extremely quicky to my concerns and I cannot complain re the service...in the end to avoid returning the items I decided to accept a discount on the chairs. So many thanks .
