Concerning the packaging, I expected instead of just a bubble envelope that it would arrive in a box, but at least the item came intact without any damages. I have never had a figure like this get damaged in shipping, ever. The item cost less than $10.00 (shipping included). Shipping in a box makes the shipping cost go up in weight and extra supplies. Shipping is expensive. I wish I could ship everything in a metal box, but that's not realistic. With fees and shipping I made less than $3.00. I appreciate the positive feedback, but ask customers to be reasonable with their expectations.
