Delivered as promised, courier miserable and less than helpful but packages in good condition. Description (photo in particular) are misleading as no weights etc so whilst the bench is sturdy and well made it can't be used properly until weights sourced, which is both frustrating and makes it not such a good deal. Assembly instructions provided but no further guidance on how to use equipment or what to source to use which for first time buyer of home gym is unhelpful. Bench is good though.

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
