I contacted them regarding this issue, and they inquired about how long it holds a charge after being fully charged. However, despite their promotion of a five-year warranty, they did not follow up with me thereafter.

Packing was minimal. Just the brown box as per the illustration. As a result the inner plastic packing was broken upon receipt. However the battery seemed OK. Seems to be performing well.
