Despite their mistake trying to resolve the issue, I am now multiple messages and photographic evidence into a lengthy exchange and they still have not delivered my *full* order. Mistakes happen, I rate highly companies that fix problems effectively. Would not order from this seller again. I am nearly two weeks from order and still awaiting all items.
