Product arrived damaged and unusable, but it wasn’t the sellers fault that the courier likes to play dodgeball with its parcels, as the product was packaged well enough. Seller was very quick to communicate, arranged for the courier to pick the product back up from me and processed the refund as soon as he knew the courier left. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again, if only I could trust couriers to do their job.

The seller was great Australia post is quite clearly the problem here he packaged it all good but AU's post must of footy kicked it all the way here and wrecked it from what I can see but I must stress that even though the seller is on holiday he replied straight away I'm just furious with AU's post right now though
