The dashcam case is too small for the 522GW, unable to close as the Velcro strips didn't line up. Seller asked for photo's for proof, and then offered no explanation other than send it back. Not sure if it's a genuine item or wrongly sold.

Hello, thanks for your message. This item is a genuine Nextbase Dash Cam holder, bought directly from Nextbase, so it may be that this is a factory issue as we have not modified these at all. We did ask for photos, which you did send, however we did also offer an explanation with how to return it where we asked you to open a returns request with eBay so we can deal with the return, which you have not done as of this review.
