The delivery was due on March 25 but came on March 28 . When it arrived the postman gave us a plastic bag containing all 10 lipsticks , some bits of wrapping including the address label and a note from Royal Mail. The note and the postman both explained that the package burst in transit and the delay was caused by RM processing of damaged items . The goods were fine but the packaging looked very flimsy.
