    This seller has made me never want to use eBay again. I ordered 12 Egyptian cotton towels totalling £130, he chose to send them by evri which are known as being the worst delivery company in the UK. They failed to arrive, some days later I messaged and received a nonchalant "I will contact evri", a few more days still no towels or explanation. Then I received a partial refund! Of £51. So not only do I not have my towels, and need to find more, I have to badger the seller for correct refund
