    Nicorette Cools are cool !

    These actually work, 1 tablet the effect lasts over an hour and they taste good as well. The only downside is opening the lid! It's a nail breaker I depress it with my thumb and prise it open with a knife. I now open once and dispense iti a tan old TicTac box.

    Give up smoking.

    If you are really serious about giving up smoking, I suggest this is the product you should use. Just keep an account of how many you take each day and follow the instructions on the pack.
