    OK but not a classic

    I remember being underwhelmed by this special at the time and, 30 years later, I'm still underwhelmed. It feels cobbled together, and the main story is a bit weak; treasure hunts need some sense of urgency, and to feel there is some possibility they might actually get the treasure, but this doesn't. The presentation is a strange mixture of the TV show and the more cinematic style of To Hull and Back; as for laughs, there are a few chuckles but no real belters. It's not one of their best - nice cameo from Joan Sims though.
