Not sure this is an official Clarins as the label has been seen on upside down. I sent a message querying this and a week later still no reply? Please tell me I’m wrong and explain the label so I can amend my feedback.

The top is painted silver and it comes off onto your hand. I used a damp cloth to remove it all to stop it flaking off to reveal a black plastic top. I use this brand of mascara a lot and the tops are silver coloured plastic not painted.

Very dissapointed the straps which were supposed to be heavy duty pulled right off when tightening. Have had to put rope round to try and secure but not confident it will hold up to strong gusts of wind. Will probably be in and out continuously repositioning it. To be honest wadte of money.
