We delivered the product ourselves on a sunny day, we have a photograph of the product at the customer address and the sun is shinning, we are not sure why Mr Wignall says that it was delivered in the Rain, this is not true. We are not able to handle, store or resell stoves unless they are in their original packaging due to their weight and size. Harsh untrue feedback we feel

Excellent quality and fantastic value for money . Advised on delivery that any parts required are all available and there is a large showroom . I cant upload any pictures though such a shame ...but it looks exactly as the Image on the advert. Thank you 😊 very happy customer oh and lastly I really appreciated the phone call to advise that a part was required for flu connection so it was delivered with the fire
