The item was delivered on time and in good condition. Unfortrunately, the internal dimensions were slightly smaller than quoted and my large accounts book could not fit.The seller readily allowed the return and actually paid for the postage as well; the refund came through very quickly. I cannot fault the process, and it was unfortunate that the dimensions were slightly inacurate leaving the item unusable for me; nevertheless, it looked very good and I can recommend it and the seller.
