Some larger pictorial instructions would have been useful, but it was easy enough to put on. Comfortable - as far as tight support braces go. Will have to wait and see how it works. The compression fabric is fine nylon woven, (or something like that), which sticks very strongly to velcro. Velcro has 2 halves, hooks and loops. The two straps end with 2 inches of hook-velcro, and if they touch the sleeve, you CANNOT get them off, without destroying the surface of the fabric. Each hook pulls the fibers it has touched, an entire surface pulls away. Maybe the fabric needs an extra layer of something that does not stick. untested
