My only issue was that the box it arrived in was damaged and luckily the handle was loose in the box after the zip tie had snapped. Maybe a chat with the manufacturer about making the box more secure and provide additional support, as the claws were sticking out & could of been dangerous, but we all know couriers don't care how they handle parcels
