Stated in the listing that the purchase would be sent by “Evri Tracked” but decided to do the incompetent thing & send it by Royal Mail instead,who won’t update tracking for which we haven’t recieved our purchase yet 4 days later.We ordered from this company because they said they don’t send by Royal Mail but they obviously do without telling you.This is a disgrace & that is the reason why they’re recieving negative feedback..If they’d sent by Evri we’d have our purchase now!!!
