this was a custom hat. the size was way too tight compared to others I've purchased from them. for the cost, the leather quality is fantastic, but the size was way too tight due to the thickness of it. the band on the outside was attached by a small cheap piece of Velcro and will not stay on. I'm very disappointed with this custom hat, considering the price and time I waited for it.

Wow just seen this. You ordered a 55 cm! Other hat 56 cm.I'm sure previous orders were 58?? The leather in this hat is actually thinner than that in the other size you ordered. The hats were posted within the 20 working days. I don't believe the velcro doesn't work.No other complaints with this model.
