Missing carabiner clips - contacted seller, said had no more stock, refunded £10 for me to buy my own. Then arm of the seat broke. Was refunded £40 to fix it myself. Then A frame started to split! Offered a further £30 refund, or for me to disassemble and re package item, for collection and refund, or they send a replacement swing seat, which would have same problems! So now they DO have stock to replace after all! NOT solid wood as described, glued strips of wood.

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
