    I ordered the item them on February 23rd 0f 2025. I was told the estimated time to arrive was on March 5th. I called my local post office on March 3rd to see if they could find out anything. Nothing had been put in the postal system. Messaged him on the 5th asking where and when I was too receive it. He messaged back and said "Let me check with the post office tomorrow and let you know." Never heard back and so opened a case on him to get my money back. Ebay could not find valid proof of deliver

    it does all I need it to do

    never used the DVD or AUX on the old silver remote, so this one does all I need with less buttons. programming it to the TV was very simple. and way cheaper than the $20 that AT&T charges for it.
