With reference to the above order, that i have not received. I choose click and collect from Carters News, which i have used with my ebay account for a long time. I have looked at the tracking information and according to Royal Mail it was delivered on Saturday May 25th 2024, at 7-41 am and then refused and returned to sender. I have been down to Carters News today, and they didn't open till 10.00 am, Carters News needs to be removed from ebay click & Collect . Tried to contact ebay
